I am a small business owner. We have QB Desktop accounting system. I arrived Thursday morning to find my hard drive had crashed on my accounting computer. I contacted Cody and he said let’s see what we can do. He was able to recover my QB off the hard drive, install a new hard drive and get my accounting system back up by Saturday. I understand that I was very fortunate. Cody was awesome to deal with and his expertise made a disaster for my business become an minor hiccup for a few days. I had an amazing experience with Akins Pc Repair, I needed my phone screen replaced and didn’t want to be charged outrageously for it. I went in and was immediately greeted and helped. My phone screen is great and works perfectly I got it back within an hour too! Everyone is so kind and helpful there, I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Cody was great I contacted him on a Sunday and first thing Monday morning he called me back about my phone not charging. I thought I was gonna have to pay a bunch of money to have my phone fixed but he assured me not to worry because it could just need cleaned. I brought it in and he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend
Akins PC Repair has been a valuable resource to our small business. Cody provides excellent customer service and response time when we have any computer/network related issues. Recently I purchased a Storm Surge from these guys and the computer runs flawlessly not to mention looks sexy doing so (see attached images). Can’t forget the 3-Year warranty! Won’t find that in the big box stores unless you pay for the hokey protection plan. I’m very glad we were introduced to this company several years ago.
